• Updated PdfMapper for GPU Data+
• Added placeholders for attachment 'Checklist'

Motivation and Context

In order to display GPU data into Checklist attachment, new placeholder have been added into PdfMapper

How Has This Been Tested?

I have deployed the feature branch in DEV and tested the download of the attachment.
